Ananda Ketamine-Assisted Therapy Training is committed to fair, transparent, and participant-centered registration practices. This policy outlines everything you need to know about cancellations, refunds, transfers, and program changes.
Refund eligibility is determined by the date your written cancellation request is received. The earlier you notify us, the more flexibility we can offer. All requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected].
60+ Days Before Training
Full Refund
Submit your written cancellation request 60 or more days before the training start date and receive a complete refund of your registration fee.
30–59 Days Before Training
50% Refund
Cancellations received between 30 and 59 days before the training start date are eligible for a partial refund of 50% of your tuition paid.
Fewer Than 30 Days
No Refund
Cancellations within 30 days of the training start date are not eligible for a monetary refund. However, your tuition may be transferred to a future cohort.
Participant Cancellations
To initiate a cancellation, all requests must be submitted in writing. Verbal cancellations or informal communications are not accepted. The date your written request is received determines your refund eligibility tier.

Tuition Transfers
We understand that life circumstances change. If you need to cancel within 30 days of the training start date, you are not left without options — your full tuition may be transferred to a future Ananda KAT Training cohort, subject to availability.
Eligibility
Transfers are available to participants who cancel within 30 days of the training start date and are not eligible for a monetary refund.
12-Month Window
Transferred tuition must be applied to a future cohort within 12 months of your original training start date. After this window, the transfer is forfeited.
Subject to Availability
Transfer placement in a future cohort is not guaranteed and depends on available space. We encourage early transfer requests to maximize your options.
Non-Transferable to Others
Registrations are personal and cannot be transferred to another individual. Your spot — and your tuition — remain tied to you as the registered participant.
No-Show Policy
Participants who do not attend the training without providing prior written notice are considered no-shows and are not eligible for a refund or tuition transfer of any kind.
If you anticipate that you may be unable to attend, please reach out to us as early as possible. Proactive communication gives us the best opportunity to work with you on a solution, such as a transfer to a future cohort, before the no-show policy applies.
No-shows forfeit all refund and transfer eligibility. Always notify us in writing before the training date if you cannot attend.
Program Cancellation by Ananda
In the rare event that Ananda KAT Training must cancel or reschedule a program — due to insufficient enrollment, instructor illness, venue issues, or circumstances beyond our control — we will notify all registered participants as promptly as possible.
Option A: Full Transfer
You may transfer your full registration fee to the next available scheduled training cohort at no additional cost.
Option B: Full Refund
You may request a complete refund of your registration fee, which will be processed within 14 business days using your original payment method.
Ananda KAT Training is not responsible for non-refundable travel expenses including airfare, hotel bookings, or ground transportation. We strongly encourage all participants to purchase travel insurance and book flexible or refundable accommodations whenever possible.
CE Credit & Completion Requirements
Continuing Education (CE) credit is awarded only upon full completion of the Ananda KAT Training program. Participants who do not complete the training in its entirety — regardless of their refund or transfer status — are not eligible to receive CE credit for any portion of the program attended.
This policy aligns with standard continuing education accreditation requirements and ensures the integrity of the credential for all participants who complete the full training experience.

Refund Processing
Once your refund request has been reviewed and approved, processing will begin promptly. Approved refunds are issued within 14 business days using the same payment method you used at the time of registration. We are unable to issue refunds via an alternative payment method.
